CAN I CREATE MY OWN GIFT BOX?

Absolutely, we have given you the option of designing a gift box that suites your recipient. Click on the create your own logo and select the items you wish to have included.

When you have selected all of the items you want included proceed to the payment page and finalise your order. We recommend no less then four (4) items in each custom gift box.

CAN I ORDER MORE THAN ONE GIFT BOX AT A TIME?

We are able to send one order to many addresses, for example the same gift box(s) selected in your shopping cart could be sent to three different addresses. However we are not able to split an order to different addresses, if you want to send two people different gift boxes then you need to place two orders.

When sending an order to many addresses our system will automatically multiply your shopping cart contents by the number of delivery addresses.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER WITHOUT USING A CREDIT CARD?

Yes, you can. Contact us by email or by post or telephone. Include your contact details and we will contact you to discuss your order and payment options.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

We deliver Australia wide, using a combination of Fastway and Toll IPEC couriers. Both delivery options require the parcel to be "signed for" upon delivery. Our gift boxes are packed into carboard shipping cartons and packed with bubble wrap to reduce the risk of damage in transit.

Overseas orders are welcomed, but due to high freight charges we recommend you contact us to discuss options.

If you have a Corporate order - please feel free to arrange or ask for a quote on alternative delivery methods.

WHAT IF THE RECIPIENT IS NOT HOME WHEN A GIFT BOX IS DELIVERED?

All gift boxes posted for delivery within Australia are require the article to be signed for at the time of delivery. We understand that this is not always possible and you can give us instructions to leave the parcel at the door by using the delivery instructions box in your order details..

If there is no-one to sign for the parcel a card will be left to notify the recipient that a parcel is waiting for collection at the couriers deport.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price, and delivery charge via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item once we receive the return, at our cost. We require to be notified within 14 days of delivery that the product is damaged.


WHY DOES THE GST INCLUDED OFTEN REPRESENT LESS THAN 10% OF THE HAMPER PRICE?

This is a little confusing basically the total GST levied on each gift box varies according to the contents. GST is levied on delivery charges.


Food intended for immediate consumption including products such as; mustards & sauces, raw products like honey, spreads and jams are GST free. However, items such as alcoholic beverages, snack foods and confectionery, and any packaging are taxed under the GST.

Tasmanian Gourmet Gift Hampers for international delivery do not attract GST. Should you wish to send a gift overseas please contact us to discuss your requirements.
