Delivery Times

• Express delivery Australia wide (overnight to most regions). The cost for delivery is $18.50 per hamper.
• Express delivery in Tasmania (overnight to most regions). The cost for delivery is $10.00 per hamper.
• Orders must be placed by 12noon (AEST) for dispatch on day of order.
• Some regions may fall outside the overnight delivery service. These hampers will be delivered within 1-3 business days based on the couriers delivery schedule to these areas.
• Deliveries are available Monday to Friday during courier business hours (8:30am – 5:30pm). Deliveries are unavailable on weekends or public holidays.

We deliver our hampers using overnight express services with Australian Air Express. These services provide overnight delivery to most major cities and metropolitan areas and to regional areas within 1-3 business days.

All orders must be placed by 12noon (AEST) for express delivery.

Deliveries are available Monday to Friday during business hours. Unfortunately, we are unable to schedule deliveries on weekends or public holidays.

The delivery fee for your hamper will be added during the order process. Our delivery charges and times are as follows:

Our hampers need to be signed for at delivery.  If the recipient is not at home, you can authorise for the parcel to be left safely at the nominated delivery address.

If you do not wish for the parcel to be left at the door, the courier will leave a collection card for the recipient to call and arrange redelivery or collection. The redelivery service may incur a redelivery fee of up to $35 per hamper. See our Terms and Conditions for further information.

Once your order has been prepared for delivery, and collected by our contracted courier service, you will receive an email with track and trace details for your order. This means you can track the progress of your order delivery from when it leaves us! 

We use highly reputable external courier contractors to deliver our hampers. These courier contractors provide the best possible service, and aim to deliver on the date you require.

However, in some instances, the courier contractor cannot deliver on the required date due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond their control.

We provide tracking numbers for every hamper order, and in the event of a delay, we will assist you in any way possible to track your order and ensure the hamper is delivered as soon as possible.
