The term Blanc de Blanc designates Champagnes made from Chardonnay grapes. This classic Blanc de Blanc is restrained and elegant when young, yet with ageing, it develops a mouth-coating brioche richness that overlays an intense expression of fruitiness.

Immense care and attention are devoted to the vines by the young and passionate Clark family at Observatory Hill in Mount Rumney, Tasmania. Watch this space..great things will come from this little vineyard.
